Under NSW’s Work Health and Safety Regulations //www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/#/view/regulation/2011/674/chap4/part4.4 it is the duty of those in control to do everything possible to ensure the safety of operatives and prevent a fall from height.
The regulations are reinforced by a requirement that all industrial rope anchor points must be load tested and certified every 12 months.

Once we have confirmed that your anchor points comply with regulations, we will issue you with a certificate valid for 12 months.
Prorax will keep a record of your inspected points and provide a reminder of the need for an annual check before the year expires.
