This was an example of great collaboration with the building manager as we sought to have minimal impact on the occupants of this prestigious apartment development, built on top of a heritage-listed church building. The development’s stepped roofs, often accessed via private balconies, meant there needed to be detailed planning around for rope access window cleaning moving portable ladders using abseiling rail system, at the same time as ensuring clear communication was maintained between all the parties.
